Install guys are great but customer service after the fact is through the floor. I spent over 10 grand on a new ac install with duct work and literally had to ensure all the scheduling happened myself. After half the work was done I had to jump through hoops just to get the second half done. And now after spending over 10 grand and ABC calling me to schedule an AC startup they don’t even have me on the schedule and have no idea what I’m talking about. Never again. Save your money and move on to anyone else but these guys. Worst mistake ever and I still have to pay for this crap.
