Jeromi was amazing. Punctual and so friendly. Our issue was more "user-based" rather than hardware-based... meaning we thought our door was "stuck" and tried to turn the lock when the door was open, but in reality, we just needed to close it in order for it to lock. So, Jeromi didn't have to fix anything, but he sure did leave us with some new knowledge and a lot of laughs... Thank you, Jeromi and Alpine!
