I used Mark Weisberg to serve papers. I spoke to him a few times and got the ball rolling on a couple things. The third time I called him, he answered by shouting "Is it something I said!" I found this as insulting as it was odd. I have no idea what this was about.
I informed him I would not use him again due to his juvenile antics. Unfortunately, I still had to recover returns of service from him. So I was forced to call him back to get these. In the course of these call backs I tried to determine why he was shouting odd things at me. He basically said that a lawyer told him to do it. So he did it. I do not recommend Mark Weisberg.
