I have been coming to the Foehr Group for several years now but after my recent experience myself and my family will not be back - you have lost several customers (and can thank Marks terrible behavior for that.) It is very common at Foehr for your appointment to be rescheduled last minute but I have a flexible schedule and it has not been a problem till now. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 pm, but the Foehr group called the night before my appointment to re-schedule it to 11:10 am. I was driving from 3 hours away and had a schedule to adhere to and told them I could be late depending on traffic, road construction, etc. I arrive 9 minutes late to my appointment and was told by Mark there's no possible way they could take me at this point. Nevermind the dozens of times I arrived early and waited 15-20 minutes past my appointment time for them, I'm sure the doctor had an important golf game to get to! I spoke with Mark - who was rude and condescending from the moment I walked in - who made no effort to help other than keep looking down at his watch telling me there's just nothing he can do anymore. This is clearly a company that sees you as a paycheck not a person. My advice to you is fire Mark - but it doesn't matter to me as I won't be returning. I hope nothing but the worst for the future of your dentistry. more
