Enterprise Rent-A-Car Terrible Service!
The service you guys provided to me and my family it was the worst service we have ever had!
We made a reservation in July 2018 for a Chevrolet Suburban or similar to be used in December (six months in advance), we needed the larger SUV for 7 people and multiple suitcases for a long trip during 9 days. That’s why we wanted the best for more than a thousand dollars total.
We received an email confirmation the day before, and on the mobile app everything was good, showing the reservation in green as expected; until the reservation day when we arrived to your office and the representative told us that you didn’t have the car that was reserved.
It was a smaller car, and not other options available form you! We explained that we needed the big SUV and there was no other options! At the end we had no choice and use that smaller SUV, plus somebody else driving in another car because our family and suit cases didn’t fit in the smaller car.
More than that, the car you give us (the only option available) smells cigar and the tires wasn’t in good condition. The only option we had was going to PepBoys and spend 3 hours until they change the tires. Three hours that we lost on our long travel.
The cigar smell continues bothering us until the last day, that was very uncomfortable for our family for more than a week!
When we returned, we asked for a discount because all the issues we had, and nothing else was given to us in compensation.
I don’t think we are going to be using your services anymore, as well as telling to all our friend and family about your horrible service received from you.
