I used Polar Bear to replace my 4 ton air conditioner in my home. William the owner seemed very nice and looked like he knew what he was doing. Three years of calling them back, paying each time, the system finally died. Over $6000. Polar Bear wanted another $800. After chasing his tech out of my house, I called 6 other Persons. They wouldn’t touch it. Polar Bear installed non compatible equipment. I tried to sue Polar Bear but William Weller would not answer his door to be served summons. Look on BBB and look at state HVAC board of Alabama. Use at your own risk.
