I am wanting a hair cut that does not make my face look Square in the bangs and also does not look like a bowl was put on my head to cut around. These girls start out cutting a good hairstyle but the longer you are with them the less effort of the hair cut. I pay top price and go home with a hair cut that is heavy and does not frame my face. Please tell me who will cut my hair where price and effort meet.
