Brian the owner I believe is fantastic, I had a very hard time choosing the correct heater for my home. Other companies were urging me to go with a combi unit that would abandon my hot water tank. I never run out of hot water and my old cast iron heaters are amazing. We are also a family of 5, 3 daughter. You see where this is going. Brian spoke to me for 45 minutes about the cost of combi heaters and that it really wasn’t the right choice for my needs. He recommended the old cast iron heaters, with the better warranty’s as well as keeping my indirect hot water heater with just some new piping. He explained and drew pictures so that I was understanding the entire process. It was a pleasure to work with someone like that. In addition inside have a 3 year service contract as part of the install price. After speaking to other plumbers that were more for the combi units they did agree that the cast iron needs less service, is simpler to fix and has a longer life span. Thank you burner king
