We were extremely disappointed with our experience, and regret dealing with this company. The first technician they sent arrived unprepared and did nothing. We had to call to get another technician sent, and that person did not do what the salesperson had told us would be done, providing what we could have done ourselves with a $25 trip to the hardware store for bait and glue traps. When we complained, they were very rude. They told us we had a contract (which we had stupidly signed - the language about what service they were contracted to provide seemed intentionally vague) and were on the hook for another $285 worth of "service" whether we liked it or not - they threatened to send the account to collections, and offered to do nothing to make things right. Just avoid these people and go somewhere else.
