HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!! 4/4/2019

Okay! So I’m trying to be calm about this situation but I’m livid.. Made an appointment over a month ago for my daughter for her first time dentist appointment. Called back around the end of February and they scheduled me for April the 4th 2019. The receptionist called me two days before my daughter appointment to tell me that they have to have a physical insurance card on file I explained to her that I just went though recertification with insurance and I’m waiting on the cards to come in the mail I told her I have a print out from online stating the member ID and billing number and it’s showing that she’s covered. I asked her was that fine to bring in she stated that was fine. I took off work early and headed to the dentist office only to get there and the same receptionist I talked to told me no my child can’t be seen even though I had a print out from the insurance company stating all the information that they needed. I also talked to the insurance company who stated they can fax an insurance verification to the office. So not only did the lady lie about what I can bring I have wasted my time taking off work and pulling my daughter out of school. She was beyond rude and uncompromising of the situation even though I’ve been waiting on this appointment for over a month for my child. The service was rude the staff was rude and seem to not care or not that they have wasted people time not giving full information when making appointments with them. They waited two days before the appointment to say that I needed a physical insurance card I will not recommended this office to anyone as they don’t care about the patients health. more
