I've had both AT&T Cell Service and Direct Tv for many years. I didn't have any problems and recommended both often. However, since merging, nothing is easy and I wouldn't recommend either. Just trying to pay them, through the exact same phone apps, has resulted to in 9 emails, 17 text messages (with THEIR support) and 8 phone calls with THEIR customer service. Something that once was simple is now impossible. I never thought I'd have to switch cell service and satellite service, just so I can pay a bill.
