My daughter and son in law purchased a home from them in Nassau county in January 2019. The company supposedly purchased the home in the summer of 2018, remodeled it and put it up for sale. It has been a nightmare for them. All work was done shoddily. My daughter and her husband never even met the owner. DK operates through an attorney and a devious realtor. They didn't actually learn who they were buying the house from until they were at closing. He is referred to as Frankie one of the owners of DK. Tonight the temp will drop in the teens.and for the second time this week..no heat. They have a 10 month old baby. Window screens were taken for repair and never returned. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!
