I called about two weeks ago to get my dog in 5 months in advance. The lady has me send over shot records then calls me back to tell me she will have owners review in morning and call me back in the afternoon. So several days go by and i call up there and she said i didn’t get a chance to show the overs it got under my desk but we are booked . Point is every time i called they have been rude my dog has al her shots and it can be proven. I am personally glad now they booked because how they treated me on the phone and treaded me like i was low class and my dog was not good enough for there resort tells me i need to go else where . Will not recommend this place . I had a felling about this place since the very first call and I’m going to follow my intuition . Advice for the owners you don’t know how much money someone has and you can’t judge by where they take their dog to the vet. Very rude place .
