We had Benjamin Franklin in Wilmington come to our brand new house and install a water softener. The technician ended up reversing the out and in water lines which caused the resin from the water filter to go all through our new home, it stopped up everything. The showers, sinks, etc.
They sent another technician out to fix the problem and it took four hours of our time to flush all the lines.
My personal shower didn’t work correctly and the tech told me if it didn’t fix itself after some water flowed through it for a few months they would replace it.
They came back today to fix another issue and I wanted them to fix the shower they broke. The manager Dwayne said it wasn’t their fault and he didn’t want to fix it.
He asked why I waited so long to call back and I explained I had cancer and haven’t been at the house.
I’m prior military and a cancer survivor and The manager gave me a ton of anxiety telling me he wouldn’t fix the problem.
I’m having to call another plumbing company now.
Note: The service technician told the manager the faucet needed to be replaced but the manager was giving us both a hard time.
UPDATE: The manager called and said they would come fix the problem they made. They never showed up.
