Service not as good as it used to be 2/20/2019

I park with them all the time when I travel. The last time they forgot to bring my car up when I called from the airport and didn't complete the extra service I requested and I just parked with them again and used a voucher. I had to wait 15 minutes at the airport from the time I received my confirmation text. In that time 3 of the other parking vans Roncali and Lazy had come and gone. When I arrived at Executive my car was not running and again I had to get into a cold car. Apparently, when they tried to run the card on file for the 8th day, the credit card was not valid, so instead of contacting me so I could correct it, they just kept my keys and didn't run the car. They easily could have run the car and brought the keys inside and had the driver ask me to come inside. I found this was very poor customer service. This is twice now. I believe it could have been handled differently, I emailed the general manager and received no reply about my dissatisfaction. It would be cheaper to self park, if I can't have my car available and warm when I arrive more
