Saved our dog's life!! I brought our dog in because he was acting unusual (very lethargic and sick). Dr Kaiser and staff immediately recognized that things were critically wrong. She ran all the tests and then called ahead to the pet emergency room and spoke with the on-call doctor. When I got to the ER, they were waiting for me and could take immediate action because Dr Kasier took care of everything ahead of time. When the ER vet came out to talk with me, she said "Your vet did a great job running all the right tests". Our dog is fine now (yay!!!!!!) . I cannot thank Dr Kaiser and the staff at Bay Hills enough for their professionalism and thoroughness and also for their kindness over the following weeks of follow-up care.
