I went to Sound Hearing Instruments on several recommendations. Dr. Rachel was very professional and thorough in diagnosing my specific hearing problem, Tinnitis, as well as some general hearing loss. Besides clearly explaining what my potential options are for dealing with the problem, Dr. Rachel also made several recommendations that didn't necessarily require any hearing assist instrumentation.
