The entire staff, from the membership team up to the corporate office is aggressive. Do not give them your information or money. They will throw a hard line and cancellation is not option even with a decent fee. Not to mention the facility is completely outdated, smells like chlorine and has minimal ventilation. I am sorry I contacted these people who say ones health is their business.
