Robert B. came out on a Saturday and inspected my problem. The motor on my furnace had seized up. He made a phone call to locate a replacement motor. Within a short period of time he went and got the motor, came back and installed the part. The furnace is working now beautifully. Robert gave me an estimate on a new furnace and that will be something to consider in the future. Robert was great as was Ken S. who took my original call. Ken had me check a few things before he dispatched Robert. The whole experience was handled very well by Jameson. more
