I was informed during my annual service check on our furnace that we had a cracked heat exchange and needed to repair or replace our furnace. Since it was 18 years old we replaced it and the AC unit as well. The service tech explained everything to me and made sure his supervisor came that day to discuss our options. Jay and Truman installed a new “temporary” unit in that night so we wouldn’t be without heat since the deep freeze was coming. They followed the whole install start to finish, through a snow storm and a Polar Vortex! I couldn’t be happier with the quality of our new units and with the service Jay and Truman provided.
