My whole house generator was dead in the water showing Red, Green and Yellow LED Indicator lights on in the Side Compartment. The technician arrived as promised. He worked diligently while communicating to me what he was doing. He accomplished the task at hand during a moderate rain storm. Upon completion outside, we went into the garage where he thoroughly exercised and checked the entire system using the Generac transferring panel to assure me that everything was functioning properly. I observed this entire process that I consider to be very informative while increasing my knowledge of the system. It was a pleasure observing this technician perform his magic as he meticulously worked to resolve the problem. Great job!
