Dr. Illich spent much time with me explaining the types of hearing aids and general information about hearing loss. He later followed up with me to answer my questions which I had, after reading the literature and various pamphlets explaining much about hearing loss. The manager, Che' Kruse-Adams was welcoming and cheerful, and very helpful with setting up following appointments. I am actually looking forward to having hearing aids rather than dreading them as a sign of "old age". The hearing aids are expensive but I believe their quality makes it all worthwhile.
