I have been a customer for 3 years now. There is a kid there and he claims to be a manager. When there is a problem and it is their system he refuses to watch your dog. That is a problem when I pay for months in advance and am told while heading to work they won't watch my dog. My only options are to be late or take dog to work until they work their sytem problem out. NOT RELIABLE and rude manager!
