I had to buy a part for an F350 hydroboost unit and there were two similar parts. I explained what I needed and they ordered the part. It was not complicated...one went to the power steering pump and the other went to another area. When I got the part home and tried to put it on it was the wrong one of the two parts but in the process of course the little paper tag was taken off to try to put the part on. Now I try to return it, being their error that it's the wrong part and I have the receipt showing I paid for it but they tell me they won't take it back because the paper came off the part! Seriously who tries to put a part on and leave the tags on when you're reaching in the back of a motor! Absolutely terrible customer service. I now have $150 useless part because they want to make money any way they can. I'll shop other auto parts stores and never go back to this Ford dealer. Buyer beware. more
