I have a service contract with Sierra Air. I had a misunderstanding with the contract that was probably completely my fault. I have a 5 year parts warranty and a 1 year labor. My system is two years old and I needed a small part replaced. I thought it should all be covered but because I'm out of labor warranty I would have to pay for the labor. I was under the impression that since I had a service contract it would be covered. The service technician was great and explained everything to me. I called the office to voice my concern and explained what I thought I had. They went above and beyond and covered the labor this one time to honor what I thought I had. They took the time to explain what to expect next time if there is a problem. I just want to say thank you for the great customer service. more
