Yes, we have replaced three air conditioners in our home. But Kevin and his team helped us maintain our previous units until replacement was needed. Kevin is right when he tells you what is wrong with your system. Other people missed the problems. He found them and fixed them. And then, when it was time, we trusted his opinion on what we should purchase. As promised, our air is cooler, our unit is quieter, and our utility bills are LOWER. We are very pleased with the recommended systems, service, and relationship we have with Master Air. I highly recommend it.
