I was attempting to rent at tent with sidewalls for an event the upcoming weekend; I called once and was informed that I needed to call back on Monday at 8am. Unfortunately, I am not available until 2 to make any phone calls which I tried to do and found the same person on the line that had told me to call back. His voice was met with hostility over the fact that I did not heed his advice and call right at 8. I have never experienced such poor phone customer service, and felt extremely uncomfortable. I'm not certain how the rest of their business is run but I certainly would hope that it is better than that.
