Dishonest. He will avoid any responsibility if there's any issue. I provided pix of the damage to my new sink that his plumber cause. He said he'd look into it, but never got back to me. I called and he ALWAYS had an excuse (needed time to buy the product to fix it, graduation, vacation, wedding, plumber's hands were hurt). Eventually he insisted that the product was defective - he'd never seen it and it was new. Read all of the other negative reviews before letting him in your home.
