The owner was very friendly and the carpets looked good after he cleaned. I'm not happy with the service though. My carpets looked clean before he shampooed them. The reason I was getting them cleaned was because they smelled like my dog. After he cleaned them, they smelled almost as bad. I called him after and told him so. He said he needed to use a stronger cleaner. I thought he wouldn't charge me for re-cleaning them since he didn't use the appropriate cleaner to begin with. He did not seem to care that he didn't do it correctly the first time and charged me for him redoing the work. I will never use him again
