My husband and I are switching to this pharmacy due to the poor customer service at Walgreens in Essex on S Marlyn Ave. I just called and spoke to an Amanda at Rite Aid to ask several questions and wow, what a difference. She was very helpful and polite and made sure I was satisfied before I hung up. If this is any sign of the great quality of care and customer service they provide, I am excited to be going there, and it is closer.
