Well still working on getting someone out here to replace/repair the central air lines which have been deemed no good and is the reason the Freon doesn’t stay and continues to leak. Said they would be back at the beginning of last week and once again.. no call.. no show. It is now August 28th, 2018 and still fighting to get these people to assume responsibility for a product THEY installed. Now they claim since this has been an on going issue for 4 yrs, the warranty is no longer any good, but they still haven’t fixed the issue. Seriously people, you don’t stand by your product or service.. and leave elderly people suffering in the humid heat. What’s wrong with you? more
