The set up time was ridiculous. We ordered two big tents and it took them 8 hours to set them up. It did rain for a short time during set up, but they were outside in their trucks and eating even when it stopped raining. We also had chairs and tables ordered, that were not all here when the tents arrived. However, after calling corporate they arrived later. The after hours line was very helpful and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. The games, bouncy house and snow cone machine set up was wonderful. The staff for putting those up were great. They were fast and efficient. They called me when they arrived and were on time. The clean up was also fast for those items. The tent clean up was much faster than set up. When they took the tent down they did not patch the holes well at all. We had big holes in our grass and black top. It was a sloppy clean up. We have had other tent companies in the past and it was never this bad. I would not recommend using this company for tents. I would only use them for the other equipment. ( Fun ones-bouncy house, games and snow cone machine.)
