During my stay at Kindred in Pasadena, they had everything I needed and were able to tend to my needs. Even when I needed changing at night, the staff did so in such a respectful and caring manner, not once did I feel as I was a bother to them... 4 staff members I would like to personally thank for their care towards me are Felix, Paris, Sommer, and Raymon.
Felix is a day shift RN, he was the sweetest and kindest gentleman- he should keep going to s hoop to be Doctor one day!! Paris is a night shift RN who was excellent, I never had to call her about my medications because she always was on time. Sommer is a day shift CNA, she was always on the go but never seemed too busy to take her time with me. She would give me the best baths and was always so thorough. If something in my room was out of place she would take it upon herself to fix it and then still ask me if I needed anything. She is such a hard worker, and extremely caring. Lastly, Raymon, or shall I say Kindred's gentle giant...he is a night shift supervisor who came in and saved the day when I had a minute issue with a night nurse. He then cared for me himself, one night I had comfortable pillows surrounding me that he had placed there. He even helped with my incontinence, he would make sure I had things I needed without making me feel embarrassed for having accidents. He is definitely in the right industry because you can tell he really enjoys helping people without a complaint. Food was awesome here too! My physicians were all kind and helpful, especially Dr. Tran... He was very understanding and explained all of my treatments in a way I could easily understand them.
This hospital in general is awesome! Everybody has helped me, they have gone out of their way to help. This staff cannot be replaced or very hard to replace.. I cannot think on one person I have bad feelings for. Everyone was very kind and helping --- thank you ALL sooo much !
