Its unfortunate that Dr. Kevin Dugan is often recommended by the courts for custody evaluations. He is rude. Does not do his due diligence. And makes very unfounded assumptions of others....missing the mark completely And forget about the children's well-being....he doesn't seem to care....he is too busy being superior and raking in the big bucks! Waste.
