Ryan arrived on time, diagnosed our plumbing problem, explained what needed to be done. After giving him the go-ahead, he fixed the toilet and cleaned up so that I wouldn't have known he'd been there. I'd call Pro-Tec Plumbing and ask for Ryan in a heartbeat! Terrific experience.
