I spoke to the Owner and will again say that Service Technician, Nate, did an excellent job servicing my AC, explaining the problem, making recommendations for keeping the AC in good condition (things I can do). He took his time. He answered my questions. He spoke of other services available. I felt no pressure to get them, but just to consider. I appreciated that. Thanks also to the staff who took my initial call, listened to the problem, and linked me with your services. I will use Hagerstown Heating and Cooling again, and in fact got the package to have my furnace serviced for the Winter. I believed it was reasonably priced. It's aggravating with this happens.
