Assessed the situation, gave me options, no pressure, got the sense they were honest and upfront. Got a new a/c unit installed the next day. Works great. After a hot day of sweaty work and getting rained on, the guys still had good attitudes and were patient with my questions. They were willing to take time to show me how things worked. They cared about their work and customer interaction.
