Duncan and Tim explained every action they took clearly and with humor.When they remediated a problem that didn't appear to need fixing they explained why they had done it. They were very polite on an extremely warm day. When Duncan finished working in the attic he voluntarily carried down a heavy stack of books for us which we probably couldn't have moved ourselves. The light bulbs they selected and installed have improved the appearance of our home in addition to providing energy savings.Their explanations educated us on heat loss and energy conservation. I would heartily recommend them and their company to friends and family.
