He was quick to cash our deposit then failed to deliver. They rarely arrived when they said, sometimes for days, lied about completion schedule and ended up leaving without finishing the first phase. He refused to refund any of our money. What he did do, was wrong and we had to pay to get that fixed. He ended up scamming us for thousands of dollars. Another company came in and did in three days what they had 5 weeks to do. I would strongly suggest another company.
