We were stuck without power when Joe came at the end of his work day in the rain. He gave our generator a complete inspection then understanding the problem he replaced the faulty part. It then began working & our house powered up.Joe is a very pleasant person who worked hard to fix our problem . If we ever have a problem in the future hopefully he's the guy who comes to fix it.
