Jeannie came out to diagnose an issue with our A/C system. She was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond, and her genuine demeanor put us at ease. She was even great with our 14 month old son and dog! We will absolutely use R&D again and specifically request Jeannie!
