I filled out the form online at a faster rate than the estimated time. Less than an hour later, way faster than the two day estimated time, I got a call and I was insured. Lily didn't make all of it happen, I don't think, but her part was friendly, professional and a little fun. Thanks to all responsible, this is the first time I had an encounter with a Sate associated program that didn't leave me furious. I really liked the process and it's about insurance, I would never have thought I would ever say that!
