We are six days out from the initial day ADT came out to install our security system. We still do not have an operable system installed, so I have decided to cancel our contract as I have lost all confidence in the ADT company, its installers and its equipment. The constant run around...plus the fact that each of the three installers who have come out...appeared short on on time, over scheduled and pressed to get to their next service call without solving the problems we were having...has also contributed heavily in our decision to not move forward with ADT...I can only imagine the run around i may get if i actually did have a security issue down the line. more
