This is one jacked up company. I received a call advising my delivery was scheduled, on that day (thank God) I called to confirm my delivery and was told that they did not me the schedule? I called this location and they advised they would look into the situation and call me back. 3.5 hours later after no return call I called back they would have to check and would call me back. I said no I need an answer. So they advised their was an error with their paperwork they would deliver the next day. Ok so things happen no one is perfect errors occur. So once again I had to miss work they finally showed up. The delivery men were very nice and professional however they had the wrong item. So here I sit having to wait yet another day, miss more work for a simple item. Oh yes and this is a replacement for a piece of crap I was sold. I have NEVER seen such poor and unprofessional customer service from a company. Perhaps someone in upper management should step in and see exactly what the problem is and perhaps make a change in their personnel or basic training in how to treat the general public.
