We had a trade show and needed a seat cover modified with another seat belt hole to match the one that was in it. They stated they could get it done within a week. We missed the show with the seat cover and it took another week to get it. It is so bad we can't even use it. I could have done better hand stitching it in. Absolutely terrible! We are now unable to ship our product to our customer and will eat the cost of the cover that they destroyed. I can't believe they would put their name on what they provided us. We have about 50 more covers to modify and we will be looking for a professional service somewhere else. Its amazing something so simple could go so wrong!
