I was having issues with my furnace. There was no apparent reason for the issues. It was becoming very frustrating for me until Brenton came along as my field technician. Brenton was very knowledgeable about the unit itself. He really hung in their with me to get the supplier involved in getting my unit replaced. I appreciate the help, professionalism and knowledge that Brenton displayed. I will also say that Summers as a company did go the extra mile to help resolve my issues. However, It was Brenton that helped put me at ease that somehow someway we would get the issue resolved. A big thank you Brenton.
