I used Brad at TriState in the past. Very pleased. now apparently someone else is doing the sales. It took leaving several messages over a couple weeks before I got a call back. Set an appointment for an estimate. Planned my day around being home for it. He called me 30 minutes late saying he couldn't find it. I was going to give directions and he interrupted me to tell me he was out of time for me and would have to do it another day. Poor customer service and if a company doesn't care enough about you trying to get the job, it won't get better once they have it.
