Joe Knapp is an excellent service person. He is very knowledgeable in the area of water softener. He is very courteous, personable and very easy to relate to. His patience in explaining things to me was commendable. He explained that the water issue in my furnace is not due to the water softener. He recommended that a furnace technician from Aquarius should come over. Called the office and sure enough the problem was in the furnace. The problem was fixed and now there is no more water in my utility area. Meanwhile, Joe and I agreed that we need a new softener. He prepared a plan for us to try for 2 weeks .
