At 9:00pm on March 12, I discovered a pool of water coming from my Hot Water Heater. I called the Joyce Cooling & Heating's 24 hour service line. Within minutes, Jarod returned my call, instructed me on how to turn off the water input. I then received an email from another Joyce employee, Abe I think, who said that they would get someone there the next morning to replace the water heater. In the morning, Mitchell and Arron (I think) came during a ragging snowstorm, removed the leaking hot water heater, and installed a brand new hot water heater. This took them only about two hours. I was really impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of everyone I dealt with at Joyce. A big thank you to Mitch and the entire Joyce team. Oh, and we have plenty of hot water, and nothing is leaking. Thanks, Allen Kerr
