I have been receiving harassing, unprofessional and threatening phone calls from a faux alpha male with adequacy issues named Richard for over 3 years looking for someone I do not know. Never mind my answer has not changed in three years. Richard has never heard of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (when asked he had no clue whatsoever) so it is no surprise he uses tactics which are illegal and amateurish. I have reached out to the agency who hired this bush league hack collection agency and informed them to call off this rabid dog. I am not optimistic this will change anything. However, I am documenting every interaction to protect my good name and credit history. I hope they get nailed to the wall for their illegal guerilla tactics.
